Tai Chi Chuan:

People all over the world are practicing Tai Chi for its therapeutic value. It is considered a healing art since it improves circulation, balance and helps reduces stress. You will learn the right postures, breathing techniques and the ancient names of each movement. There are two classes specifically designed for beginners and for the intermediate level. Tai Chi Sword:

It has all the health benefits of Tai Chi Chuan and a more graceful bearing. The increased movement of arms and the upper body emphasizes the coordination of the sword and the body. Expertise in its technique is said to be the highest physical expression of martial skill.

Qi Gong:

The term Qi Gong is a combination of Qi (or Chi - Energy) and Gong (or Kung - Work).
The primary exercise is training of the Chi, in order to keep the biological processes moving in human organism.
Also, using the knowledge of all acupuncture points to apply in Chin Na and Dim Mak (striking points).
